The Ministry was birthed in 2004 under the leading of the Holy Ghost. The vision was birthed in Evangelist Deborah Kearney Campbell at a time when the voice of the Lord was all she had. A season of setbacks and set ups prevailed her to accept the Clarion Call and hear the cry of GOD'S people - the downtrodden and brokenhearted. This is not a Sister ministry but a ministry that invites whosoever will let them come. Sisters In Unity International Outreach Ministry shall consist of people of every race, creed, gender and nationality, all over the world joining together with One Voice and One Cause to win souls for the glory of GOD, while ministering to women from all walks of life. 

Evangelist Deborah Campbell is married to Elder Matthew Campbell who is her greatest Prayer Covering & Supporter! The Lord has called them to be a team to be reckoned with!! In the union they have 3 beautiful children - Ashley, Don Jr., Elanda and a Godson, Xavier. They also have two grandchildren, Isaiah & Lauren.

The foundation of the ministry was birthed out of Matthew 25:38-40. After walking out the assignment the ministry became a Deliverance Ministry, that is a part of the remnant of the Greater Works, through reaching those that the world deemed unreachable.

Evangelist Campbell accepts the Apostolic mantle that has been placed on her life and counts it a privilege to be a Change Agent in the earth realm.
